At Denver Concierge Nursing, we feel proud to be a part of the incredible Colorado community. We proudly give 10% of our profits to charities that reflect our team's values and passions, making a positive impact in our Colorado community. In 2024, this included supporting the following organizations.
Lucky to Ride serves at-risk youth in Denver with experiential cycling programs that combine fun, adventure, and physical activity with stem-based programming. This donation was made in loving memory of our dear friend, Joel Gonzales, a wonderful human, surgeon, cyclist, and friend
Kristin's Pick! Little Angels Service Dogs provides highly trained service dogs to help children and adults living with disabilities. Kristin's daughter, Harper, lives with epilepsy, and will hopefully be matched with a dog in the spring of 2025.
Annie's pick! Misericordia offers a community of care that maximizes potential for persons with mild to profound developmental disabilities, many of whom are also physically challenged. Annie's brother, Tommy, is lucky enough to call Misercordia home
Erin's Pick! Colorado Parks and Wildlife manages the state's diverse natural resources, conserving wildlife habitats, maintaining state parks, and ensuring outdoor recreation opportunities for future generations. By supporting their efforts, we contribute to the preservation of Colorado's natural beauty and the protection of its wildlife.
Monica's Pick! Girls on the Run inspires young girls to build confidence, develop life skills, and embrace healthy habits through dynamic, interactive lessons and running programs. Our support helps empower the next generation to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in their communities.
Jess & Alyssa's Pick! This donation was made to The Morgan Vickers Endowed Fund, which will help to create a reading nook in memory of one of the patients that Jess & Alyssa cared for while working at St. Joe's Hospital in Denver.
The Colorado Trail has become known as one of the premier long-distance trails in the country. The CT comprises 567 miles of trail between Denver and Durango and passes through some of the most spectacular scenery in the Colorado Rockies. Stevie, Annie, and Monica were lucky enough to hike 300 miles of the trail together in 2020.
The Denver Public Library enriches our community by providing access to knowledge, resources, and technology, fostering literacy and lifelong learning for all. Our support helps sustain vital programs that empower individuals and strengthen our shared future.
Comeback Yoga provides free, accessible, trauma-informed, science-based yoga classes to the military community to enhance overall health and quality of life. Stevie volunteered with Comeback Yoga in 2023, and our team has a strong connection, appreciation, and love for our military community!
GRFR is a 100% volunteer run non-profit organization. Their mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate and adopt abused, neglected, and unwanted Golden Retrievers and Mixed Breed Dogs to permanent homes. Stevie and her husband Frank love to foster for GRFR, and are proud to be a part of such a wonderful and dedicated group of volunteers.
NMDR's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome discarded breeding dogs and to educate the general public about the cruel realities of the commercial dog breeding industry. We love the team at NMDR, and are grateful for the great work they do in our community and nationally to end the cruelty of puppy mills.
Just as SAME spells out, we do this work So All May Eat. Everyone needs to eat, and everyone deserves access to healthy food. The SAME model works to build community around our shared love of food and helping each other out. We accomplish this by embodying the SAME Values in all the work that we do. Our team whole-heartedly shares the values of community, good food, and generosity.
